Well, it's been a while since my last post, so here's a new one. Personally, while I think it's great that I think that people across the world are offering all sorts of support for the victims of the VT tragedy, I think it's borderline pathetic that we need a tragedy for action to take place. Poverty exists all over the world, there are murders every day that don't make the news, and there are tons of people in need of health care but can't afford it. While I'm not saying you should pay no attention to those who have been affected by the events of this past week...why are you only paying attention to the sudden tragedies...pay attention to the tragedies that exist in your own neighborhood, and whatever you are doing to help the VT victims...help your own backyard (and elsewhere) just as much.
